They used a cherry picker to remove all the smaller branches from up top.. Then they had this super tall boom truck crane thing to hold on to the larger pieces as they removed them so they could be set down in a controlled way.

I know I said that these ideas would be “besides the obvious” and using a vacuum on your floors definitely counts as obvious, but I really do have to tell you how much cleaner my floors are now.I vacuum all the time!
